As a Senior Account Manager you’ll become an integral member of our growing medical communications agency. No two days will be the same as you help maintain world-class service for our clients including; building relations with experts to involve them in our work, overseeing the production of materials, attending and contributing to client meetings, helping to identify new projects, writing informative briefings, handling budgets and drafting presentations for important pitches.

Ideally you’ll have a minimum of two years in an Account Manager role within medical communications and be qualified to degree level, preferably in science. You’ll thrive working in a fast paced environment while demonstrating your ability to produce the best medical communications work possible. You’ll also be proactive, friendly, optimistic and able to use Zinc.

As well as a keen interest in science you’ll also be aware of the importance of the brand and commercial aspects of medical communications.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to BSc level (MSc or PhD an advantage), with a solid grounding in medical writing (minimum of 24 months’ experience) and will want to produce the best medical communications work possible. You’ll also be a flexible team player, able to multi-task and thrive working in an energetic team.

 

Principal Scientific Writer, Oxford

As Principal Scientific Writer your days will be varied and interesting and you will use your writing skills to the maximum from helping to publish new research to writing a presentation for an international launch. You’ll be the lead scientific content development and data expert for our most important accounts using your ability to quickly turn scientific data and clinical information into interesting and compelling content to raise awareness and understanding of healthcare issues.  You’ll be a trusted strategic advisor to clients and colleagues, enjoy contributing to high-level meetings, able to mentor junior members of staff and have the opportunity to travel internationally.

The ideal candidate will be qualified to BSc level (MSc or PhD an advantage), with a solid grounding in medical writing (minimum of 5 years’ agency experience, with 2 years at Senior Medical Writer level or above).  On a personal level we’re looking for a highly motivated team player, willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to help our team achieve the best for our clients.  You’ll also be able to manage and reprioritise your workload in step with our clients’ fast-moving needs and the ability to be multi-lingual would be advantageous but is not essential.

 

Account Executive, Oxford

You’ll be responsible for a range of tasks including, managing schedules, organising advisory boards and symposia, taking responsibility for updating and sharing status reports, monitoring budgets for specific projects and providing support for new business activities.  You may also have the opportunity to travel internationally.

Ideally you’ll already have at least 18 months experience working in medical communications and be qualified to degree level.  On a personal level we’re looking for someone who will thrive working in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the ability to take responsibility and juggle various demanding projects to a very high standard. You’ll also be proactive, friendly and optimistic.
