‘Treating community-acquired pneumonia: Is there room for improvement?’ was the focus of Bayer’s symposium at the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. Our role included inviting an international faculty, developing the agenda with the company and the faculty, briefing faculty and developing presentations. We worked with Bayer’s designer and printer for the meeting materials, signage and stage dressing, and the company’s congress department for logistics. In addition, our team was onsite to ensure the smooth running of the event.
